Matt has been with Brioche since completing his apprenticeship. He is an extremely talented chef with a very diverse ability in the kitchen. Matt is is responsible for all aspects of the kitchen. Toni, Manager

Toni was the first appointment of “Team Brioche” . Toni came to us with a wealth of experience at venues accross the ribble valley, and is an important part of the management team. Toni is responsible for the day to day running of Brioche, she can be contacted directly at


Shelby, Waitress

Shelby has been with Brioche since the start and was already in situ under the previous ownership. She has been a big help to the regime as she can function in any role of the Venue. She was promoted to assistant manager as rewards for her good service and loyalty in early 2017.


Jonathan, Cardboard Disposer

Jonathan picks dessert plates and gets rid of cardboard.


Kayleigh is our most resent addition to the team she has previous experience within the hospitality trade, Kayleigh has fit straight in with the team as well as our customers.


Helen, Baker

Helen is the baker. We are biased but she is the best in town. People travel from far and wide to sample Helen's cakes. From sausage rolls to scones, everything is baked fresh in our own Kitchen. Recipes passed down through generations! Known to her colleagues as Hurricane Helen.
